It's not just the sunrise! Scenery you can see from Mt. Fuji - Subashiri Trail

It's already been a month since Mt. Fuji opened for climbing.

I'm sure there are many people who are busy preparing, thinking, "I'm going to climb now!"

This time, I'd like to share some of the unique scenery of Mt. Fuji that I encountered while patrolling the Subashiri Trail to check its usage status!
When people think of the view from Mt. Fuji, many probably imagine the sunrise, right?
Of course, the sunrise is incredibly beautiful, but that's not all there is to it.

First up, here's a view of the sea of ​​clouds from the 7th station (approximately 3090m above sea level)!

Next, here's a view from the 7th station (approximately 3200m above sea level).
As the sun began to set, the shadow of Mt. Fuji began to emerge from the sea of ​​clouds and the ground. It was "the shadow cast by Mt. Fuji."

But this is just the beginning. If you look at the sky for a while, as the color of the sky changes...
The shadow grew longer and longer, eventually reaching over the sea...

We were also able to see the large shadow cast by Mt. Fuji and the anticrepuscular rays (backside light) extending from the top of the shadow.
It was truly the magic hour. While taking a break and enjoying the spectacular view at the mountain hut,
The scenery will continue to change.

After a while, the shadow cast by Mt. Fuji disappeared, but then the sky began to burn with a fiery red color.

The breathtakingly dynamic scenery created by nature, not only for those staying at the mountain hut,
Even hikers passing by stopped and were captivated by the scenery.

Early the next morning, when I stepped outside the mountain hut, the night view of Yamanashi, Shizuoka, and Kanagawa prefectures stretched out before me.

Being able to enjoy such a wide-ranging night view is a sight unique to Mt. Fuji.
The photo was taken when it was cloudy, but the sky was full of stars!
As you can see, there are so many more sights to enjoy on Mt. Fuji besides the sunrise that I can't even begin to describe them all.

I understand your desire to hurry to the summit, but every view you see from Mt. Fuji is special.
