[Yoshida Trail] Regarding refunds for Hiking Fees (for payments made in advance via the Mt. Fuji Yoshida Trail reservation system on September 9th and 10th)

The Fuji-Subaru Line has been closed to traffic since 8:50 PM on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, due to heavy rain. Reopening is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, after safety checks are completed. As a result, refunds will be issued to those who were unable to climb the mountain on Wednesday, September 9 and Thursday, September 10 (those who did not receive their wristbands at the on-site reception desk).

Even if the road is only temporarily closed, not necessarily closed all day, you will still be eligible for a refund.Please note that those who have been authenticated at the on-site reception desk and received a wristband are not eligible for a refund.

No refund application or procedure is required from those who booked in advance. Refunds will be processed through your credit card company.
