We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you wish to use these services, please prepare small change (300 yen per use).

2. Regarding use of the temporary toilets at the summit public toilets
  (Fujinomiya side)

The temporary toilets from last year (2024). This year, the 2 containers (3 toilets per container) will be reduced from 2 to 1.

Due to a malfunction of the treatment equipment at the public toilets on the summit of Mt. Fuji (Fujinomiya side), some of them were replaced with temporary toilets last year, and from the perspective of safety considerations in case of bad weather, three temporary toilets will be in operation this summer. The temporary toilets will be used as women's toilets and the permanent toilets as men's toilets, but this may change without notice depending on usage. Thank you for your understanding.
Also, as the number of toilets will be reduced from previous years, it may be crowded. Please consider using other mountain hut toilets and public toilets on the mountain trail.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
