Yoshida Trail Announcement : Refunds for hikers with online reservations
Please note: This notice does not guarantee refunds for any specific date. Be sure to read the entire announcement.
Due to the full closure of the Fuji Subaru Line starting at 6:15 AM on Tuesday, July 15, those who were unable to climb Mt. Fuji Yoshida Trail on that day and did not receive a wristband at the local reception desk will be eligible for a refund.
If the Fuji Subaru Line remains closed on Wednesday, July 16, refunds will also be issued to those who are unable to climb Mt. Fuji Yoshida Trail on that day and did not receive a wristband at the local reception desk.
In both cases, if the road closure is temporary rather than lasting all day, refunds will still be issued to affected climbers.
Please note:
Individuals who received a wristband at the local reception desk are not eligible for a refund.
No action is required from reservation holders to request a refund.
Refunds will be processed automatically via your credit card company or payment provider.
