Due to strong winds, the entire Fuji Subaru Line is closed to traffic as of 4:20 PM on Sunday, August 10, and remains closed as of 0:00 AM (midnight) on Tuesday, August 12.
Those who were not able to climb Mt. Fuji due to the road closure will be given a refund.
(Those who plan to climb on Aug 10, Aug 11 or Aug12)
If you made your reservation online, you will not be required to fill out any additional forms for the refund.
The refund will be processed automatically through your credit card company or other chosen payment method.
Hikers who have already passed or who will pass the 5th station gate today will not be eligible for a refund.
